I went to Stephen after having chronic pain & illness for 16yrs & really struggled with my energy levels, brain fog etc. I felt “scrambled” & all over the place.Since my session, which was only last week, I’ve definitely been feeling very different – I’d say pain free for the most part, there have been a couple of occasions where I can feel the pain trying to rise but it’s muted & goes away quickly. There was another time where I felt the pain & I noticed it & thought ‘oh, what’s that?? That session, with you just now, was insane.
It was almost like I imagine an out of body experience to be, where I wasn’t really conscious of my own body, even though I knew I was there in the room.
I’ve not stayed that still or had zero random off tangent thoughts whilst being awake in my whole life, as brain is constantly active and never relaxes, even during meditation it is a constant struggle.
An hour later after a surreal drive home, I am still tingling from the experience, quite overwhelmed and a little in shock to be honest.

I was up at 7, usually head back to bed after using the bathroom but was straight at it.
